Creamy Rice with Shitake and Cottage

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 tablespoons of margarine

– 1 onion

– 150 grams of shiitake mushrooms

– 1 cup of rice

– 1/2 cup dry white wine

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– 2 cups of boiling water

– 1/2 cup cottage cheese

– 1 cup of mayonnaise

– Grated cheese for sprinkling

 

PREPARATION METHOD:

Heat the margarine and sauté the onion. Add the shiitake and rice and stir. Mix in the wine and salt. Add the water and cook until the rice is tender. Add the cheese and mayonnaise. Stir well. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
